What sets Mode Boot Camp apart from the competition?

Our revolutionary boot camp program is unlike any other boot camp program operating anywhere in the world. Significantly smaller class sizes, certified full-time personal trainers instructing the classes, zero jogging or crunches, 2 or 3 workouts per week instead of 5, faster results with significantly fewer weekly workouts, we provide all of the equipment, and our program is 100% guaranteed. The only thing we have in common with other boot camps is that our workouts take place outdoors.

What days and times do your workouts take place?

We offer a variety of workout days and times to suit everyone's schedule. Our morning workouts run 3-days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6AM and 7AM; and our evening workouts run 2-days per week on Monday and Wednesday, and Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM.

If I miss a workout, can I attend a workout from a different class to make up for it?

No, at Mode Boot Camp you can only attend the workouts that are part of the class you registered for. This is because our boot camp workouts are usually full, and since we provide all of the equipment, if you attend a workout that is not part of the class that you registered for, we may not have enough equipment for everyone. With that being said, we can occaisionally make exceptions if you let us know in advance.

I'm not very fit. Can I still join Mode Boot Camp?

Yes, at Mode Boot Camp we have clients of all fitness levels. When demonstrating exercises, we will always show a variety of options from beginner to advanced so that everyone will enjoy the workout and get the most out of it, regardless of their level of fitness. With that being said, if you have very little experience with exercise, and are not familiar with how to perform basic movements such as squats, lunges, pushups, etc, then a group workout is not a suitable enviroment to learn those exercises for the very first time. You would be better off taking a few personal training sessions to learn the basic movements before joining a group workout program.

Is this class like the military? Will I be yelled at?

No, Mode Boot Camp is a group personal training program run outdoors. Nothing about our workouts remotely resembles military style boot camps. Your personal trainer will provide you with the motivation, encouragement, and support to have great workouts while having fun. You will never be yelled at.
